Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

Upon your order's shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit. If you can not find your confirmation email in your inbox, it is worth checking in your spam or junk mail section.

Multiple orders going to the same address on the same shipping day will be combined as one shipment. 

Western Perfumes is NOT responsible for customers inputting incorrect addresses.

Please be advised couriers may leave parcels at front door. Western Perfumes is NOT responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

Shipping is available across Canada via UPS | FedEx | Purolator | Canada Post.
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days (excluding any carrier-related delays beyond our control).
