Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Testers and Niche Brands include but are not limited Creed & Tom Ford) in its original condition, including original packaging within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.
If the customer has opened the product (i.e., removed the plastic wrap), they will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for any reformulation changes from the Brands which have resulted into change of scent, bottle and the packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages.
To start a return, please click here to submit a return request, or contact us at sales@westernperfumes.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Claims
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
